Hi, I’m Kendra—a builder in action and artist at heart.

I’m a creative leader with more than a decade of experience in employee experience, operations, and marketing across professional services and big tech. I thrive in roles that combine creativity, organization, and collaboration, often stepping into undefined spaces to bring structure and clarity.  

My work spans building engagement programs, managing large-scale events, developing creative products, and running business operations.  I approach every project with care and curiosity, focusing on making things work better for the people involved.

After several years in corporate program management, I began building two ventures, Best of Workplaces and Kitsy Co, focused on employee experience consulting and visual art. While growing these ventures, I’m also exploring new opportunities where I can bring my creative and operational strengths to a team.
